The sales reps at Emigh's Casual Living were awesome! I went in looking for a patio set and told the lady that I was in the process of finding a GOOD contractor to extend our patio. She not only referred me to a contractor that works with them through Lindy's Home and Garden Sales, but they have a COMPLETE INDOOR AND OUTDOOR BUILDING AND DESIGN DIVISION!! I did not know this!! I have a meeting with the contractor and his designer to come out to my house and give a bid. So far they have been very professional and accommodating to my busy schedule. AND I ended up getting a great deal on a 7 piece set at Emigh's. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! more

Emighs is not customer oriented !! 10/5/2011

My husband and I, just this past weekend, found two sets of casual teak furniture at Emighs. We were about to spend close to $7,000, when my husband discovered there was a slight crack on one leg of the love seat. Mary, the sales person was willing to offer a $50 dollar discount for the crack on a $4,000 love seat and two chairs??? I approached Mary and reminded her that we are about to pay over $7, 000 for this furniture and is this the best she could do? Mary's response to me was that 'she did not have the authority to negotiate and would have to defer us to her manager, who will be back on Tuesday'. So we left. more
