Since Churchill was bought by Emeritus in 2010 everything has changed for the better. Experienced local management is in place and the corporate entity (Emeritus) has been responsive to providing wonderful ammenities to the residents. By far the nicest staff and highest quality care assisted living community from Huntersville all the way north to Statesville. They also feature independent living apartments and a memory care section. more

Poor Communication, Withhold Meds 5/9/2009

This is a beautifully furnished facility. However, the communication is worse than unsatisfactory. If your concern is for safety and maintaining good health for your loved one, you should look elsewhere. more

Beware! 1/4/2009

This is one of the prettiest homes we looked at. As usual, looks can be deceiving. We found the management unorganized, uninterested, neglectful and downright rude. If you value your loved one's health and safety, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. more
