Our cat, Snoopers seemed to be in a lot of abdominal pain one night so we gathered him up and went to the Emergency Pet Care of Round Rock. We had never been to this emergency center before but it was clear that as soon as we entered the front doors we were treated with he utmost respect. And even though Snoopers was not a very pleasant patient to care for, he was treated with both care and compassion. All of the staff was extremely pleasant and explained Snoopers condition expertly. Thank you Emergency Pet Care of Round Rock for helping to save Snoopers life. more

Our dog injested an iron pill and we were concerned as to his health. The Techs took Romeo to be seen at once. In a few minuets we were taken back to where he was and the Vet explained what they were going to do to pump his stomach. after a very short time the Vet showed us the contents of his stomach and he had not swallowed the pill. Everyone was very kind and considerate. This is our thir visit here, each time as pleasant as they could make it. I heartily endorse this group. more

Who has ever been to an emergency room and don't see a vet for 30 minutes while your dog continues to be in distress? No, there was maybe only one another animal there at the time...how do they establish the priorities? They DON'T! Blood tests are not thorough. Very inadequate services and I will drive a bit farther to find REAL emergency services for my animals. more

Our poor little doggie got very, very sick about 11:00 pm one night. Little did we know she was developing a potentially life-threatening intestinal condition called Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis (HGE). Thankfully I had the magnet on the refrigerator with the phone number for the Emergency Pet Care of Round Rock. The receptionist was very helpful in explaining that they are located right where the Putt Putt Golf Place used to be. We were treated with the utmost respect when we arrived. The staff was not only courteous & compassionate but extremely knowledgeable - they had our dog diagnosed with tests to confirm it in record time ! Needless to say, by the time we picked up our dog a mere 4 hours later she was stabilized and on the road to recovery ! The reports that were given to our vet were very clear & concise - no problems interpreting ""what treatment she had had"". We cannot Thank them enough for the care we received. We will NEVER choose another Emergency Clinic ! Amy K. more

While i hate to admit it, I accidentally cut our cat while giving him a bath and trying to cut off a fur ball. It was late on a Saturday afternoon and we are new to the area. We found this facility on the web, rushed him there, and could not have been more pleased. I felt terrible about the incident and they were kind and compassionate to me while giving our cat full attention. Our cat is very old and quite grumpy but they were thorough and caring. They were also very clear on the cost up front prior to treating him. We could not have been more pleased with the quality of the service. We felt very lucky to have found such a good resource in the area. We hope we don't need to but we would definitely go back. more
