Did not get the value I expected from this inspection. Additionally, was nickel-and-dimed during re-inspection. Would not reccomend this inpsect to family or friends. Similar...

This inspection was flawlessly done. The report we were given was so thorough and everything was explained on a level we could understand. I would recommend this company to everyone and hope to have them come back and inspect our house in another 5 years. more

Highly Recommend 5/14/2011

Dan went through the house and covered all angles. As he did I tried to stay out of his way. When it was time he pointed out problem areas, potential problems and also good and great areas. The complete report was awsome. Well worth the price. more

professional and diligent 4/4/2011

I hired Dan to do a lengthy and difficult full inspection of an expensive home, guest house, and acreage. His diligence discovered a number of serious issues and saved me from making a huge mistake. I've already hired him to do another house, only three weeks later, and would recommend him to every real estate buyer. more

worth every $ 4/2/2011

We had Dan inspect the house we are buying right now and considering that we are first home buyers, he was very informative, detail oriented and took his time to explain problems that need to be fixed, how to get it done and what problems could arise in the future. The lengthy report he sent us with tons of pictures will not only help us fix things now but maintain our home in the years to come. I really think this is money well spent. I will keep his report close and use it as a tool for our maintenance projects more

Excellent Home Inspector 2/21/2011

As first time homebuyers working with Dan Temple on the home inspection helped us understand how to extend the life of the home as well as the contents, how to effectively heat the home and what to watch out for. He was very thorough in his inspection, when he came across an issue he we show us and would give us recommendations on how to fix and prevent the issue from occurring again. I would highly recommend hiring Dan Temple on your next home inspection. more

Emerald Home / Building Inspections did a good job. They found a lot of good issues with the house we were looking at. They didn't stick in any bogus findings. Everything was relevant to the quality of the house, and they informed us of what needed to be addressed immediately, as well as what would need to be addressed later on. They did a very thorough job. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their home inspected. more

A First Time Home Buyers Dream 2/2/2011

Dan is very knowledgable & has never missed anything on the inspections he's performed. I've been forced to use other inspectors and have been disappointed every time. They all seem to miss the big things. Termites, dry rot etc. He is stellar with first time home buyers. He is very good at explaining all problems to them regardless of how big or how small. He also provides a home maintainance program with his inspection for them. I've never had a client that didn't think he was the best! more
