Cute and Cozy 7/26/2008

If you love quirky local shops, you will fall head over heels for Emerald City Press. Great location with a walk up counter AND a drive thru. I got the fresh-brewed coffee and a everything bagel, both of which were super satisfying. The coffee tasted really fresh and was the perfect temperature. They toasted the bagel for me, and it was still warm when I got to work ten minutes later! Delicious! Staff was quick and the owner was super nice. Great spot to just chill and sip. Love it! Pros: Low Prices, Great Service and Location more

    Wedged between a convenience store and a dated saloon, this two-story coffee stand provides quick caffeinated relief for walk-up patrons and drive-through customers. Along with espressos, lattes and other coffee-based beverages, the locally owned shop serves Goodflow juices, agave lemonade and snacks from area vendors (Ken's Donuts, meat-filled pies from Boomerang's, Sweetish Hill pastries.) The dog-friendly neighborhood hangout also sells miscellaneous sundries, including magazines, candles and creative floral arrangements. A shaded side patio with free Wi-Fi is icing on the proverbial cake.
