Buyer Beware!!!! They installed a shower in my home which leaked in my basement and bathroom. The bathroom had to be completely gutted and now their insurance won't pay but half to two thirds of cost to fix. See report in Better Business Bureau. more

I am disappointed to read the earlier review posted by Carol. We had granite counters installed by Emco Williams nearly 2 years ago and were pleased both with the service and the quality of the work. Our granite is beautiful and well-constructed. The seams are nearly invisible and both the sales people and installation crew were friendly and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Emco Williams for any future work and am looking forward to working with them again when we re-do our bathrooms. more

Not reliable 12/17/2010

Our granite countertop is not smooth, has chips out of the sides and we cannot get anyone to come out and look at it much less fix it. We had it installed in April, 2010 and we still have chipped granite. Find someone else to do your work!! I will never recommend this company to anyone. Very unreliable! I hate our granite. This was a big remodel for us, and I am sooooo disappointed in these countertops. If I could afford it, I would have them re-done. more
