quick and courteous service 10/30/2010

I brought my computer in because it wouldn't power on and a technician there opened it up and tested the power unit inside it right there. He grabbed another one and put it in and I was back in business. I was expecting to be without my computer for a few days so this was a pleasant surprise. more

High Prices, Low service 10/17/2008

This place has fairly high prices compared to others, and the sales staff is not very knowledgable. I had a few basic questions about my laptop and I was in the shop for hours. Instead of just answering my questions, they tried selling me a new computer, and lied about it's features. I will never go there again. more

EMC Electronics and Computers 4/14/2006

This neighborhood computer store is great for finding computer parts when you are in a hurry, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you have time to shop around. The prices are fairly high. On the upside, they do offer in-home service for people that are not computer savvy. Also, the place offers toner recycling, so this is a big plus for environmentalists like me. more
