Where to begin? I have had nothing but trouble from this ""practice"". I moved here a few years ago and chose a dentist, thinking oh, they're probably all the same, but boy was I wrong. The place looked nice and it looked clean, so I thought, this looks good. This is a really long story so, I'm going to summarize as best as possible. I was a patient there for two years. In those two years I saw 4 different dentists! Not because there are 4 different dentists at Embassy, but they had either quit or were fired. The one that was fired told me I had to have 4 root canals done and 4 crowns put on. I found out later that he was known for creating ""extra work"" on people and that I probably never needed that done. The last round I had done there I saw the current dentist of Embassy dental (as of 04/08). She walked into the room and I had no idea who she was. She didn't have a name tag on and she didn't introduce herself. She was rude and the dental assistant did most of the work. Which, by the way, the assistants at Embassy are not very reliable. They made a lot of mistakes on my teeth. The point of this visit was to get a crown put on. I told her that the tooth was hurting extremely bad, she took an x-ray and said everything looked fine. However, I found out later that I needed a root canal and she had misdiagnosed me. She gave me three shots of novocain and the pain was still terrible. She said we should go ahead w/ the crown. Long story short, she glued the crown on backwards!!! She then said, well, let's try and take it off w/ some special tool. She pulled and yanked for an hour, and it was not coming off. Then she concluded that they would have to saw the crown off and make another mold (because they couldn't find my old molds) and put a temporary crown on. Keep in mind I'm in all kinds of pain. I wait three weeks for the tooth to come in (they were going to rush it) and they say that UPS lost it, which was a lie. I asked for the tracking number and they said...
Cons: Just lifelong pain and aguish
