I ordered my husbands cotton shirts to be washed. Two times on the row they decided on their own to dry clean some of them without consulting with me. On the receipt they gave me they write ""silk zara shirt"" but the shirt was Zegna cotton shirt and simply charged me for dry cleaning it instead of washing. When I called chinese women couldn't even find me in the system. Dishonest and disorganized. Never again. more
