I like the way I was taken care of. 4/3/2014

Although my car is a '06 with 56,000 miles I was told because of it's age, certain maintenance things should be done.. That didn't go well with me. You see I bought it used in '07 with 15,000 mi. on it and Iv'e been doing maintenance by mileage more

Greg in service dept. 2/20/2014

disappointed that nothing was found wrong with clutch and week later master cylinder failed again. Part was replaced at 39000 mi and I never heard of anyone else with manual transmission having this type of problem, twice. Also part not covered under warranty Chose to go somewhere else for less $$$ more

Equus & Santa Fe service 2/15/2014

An oil change and few issues were handled in a timely manor, as always, by this service team. A couple of the issues could not be duplicated, this is understandable with the very cold weather in our area lately. They treat you fair at Elyria Hyundai! more

Just need to be a little more thorough 2/13/2014

I took my car there for an oil change and "multipoint inspection" I asked them to check out the low tire pressure and they just topped out the air capacity in my tire. A couple hours later it was low again. I took my car to another dealer to later find that I have a bent rim from hitting a pothole. I have the wheel and tire package on my car and they couldn't look it up for some reason (Yes, its the same dealership I purchased the vehicle through) and had to dig up my warranty paper on my own. Beyond that, the people are nice and the waiting room does have wifi which is good for while you wait there. more

Service 1/22/2014

At 10 AM my driver's window became inoperative. Called at 10 AM was able to have an appointment at 2 PM the same day. Window was repaired in a very timely manner. Thank You. more

Elyria Exceeds Expectations 1/21/2014

Took my car in for some repair work after an accident. While the repair took longer than expected, the service department kept me in the loop on the status. Everyone was friendly and while I have never had an issue at any other Hyundai dealer, my recent trip with Elyria Hyundai sticks out in my mind as the best. more
