El's Autobody & Paint

I've been a customer of El's Auto Body for at least 15 years now. Elmar is the only one I've allowed to touch my car. My car is as beautiful coming out of his shop as it was when it came off the showroom floor. I am always impressed with the quality of his work. He does terrific work and I have referred him to many people and will continue to use his services. I am a very happy customer. more

This was my second time using El's Auto Body. I like them. They are really friendly and patient people there. I thought they did really good work too. They are very helpful because they told me how long it would take to fix my car and how long it would be before a part came. They are just very nice about everything. I was directed to El's Auto Body through Progressive. The only complaint I has is that they took a lot longer than expected, though of course they did a complete paint job on the car. They did an excellent job painting it. The workmanship is really good, but they had the car for 4 or 5 months. The customer service side was excellent. He was very attentive and always called me back when I tried to reach him. I never, ever had to call him multiple times to get him to respond. He was very attentive to my service request and to when I wanted questions answered. His follow up is really good. The car went back in for a couple of minor things that were missed. It took a couple of days and everything is fine now. The service was very good. They didn't blame me for anything, or try to get out of anything, which other body shops have done. It was very easy to work with them and easy to tell him what was wrong. It is a family-run business. The most important thing is that every single person there was knowledgeable about my case, knew what was going on, and were very nice. more

I had a good experience with El's Auto Body. The rear of my car was hit and I decided to use El's because the other party's insurance company recommended them. They were very courteous and very attentive to what they were doing. They repaired my car and everything turned out fine. If you had to pay out of pocket, their prices are competitive to reasonable. more
