Faustino does a great job in providing service! He provides excellent customer service and takes the time to patiently review any potential problems. I would definitely recommend this dealer because I know my car is in good hands. I am always reminded of services that need to be followed, however, I am not hassled with services that are not necessary. They also provide a tranquil environment while waiting for your car. Prior to this dealership, I was visiting another dealership who had poorer service, so I must say it's breath-taking to finally come a across a dealership where they put customer satisfaction first. more

I have been purchasing parts for some time from Curt, and by far he is one of the best toyota parts provider around. He goes out on a limb to get parts from Japan, to make sure you have what you need for whatever vehicle you have (including the Supra, which many dealerships dont even provide any service for anymore) more

Working with Steven was wonderful.He was very helpful to me as I am a senior citizen and was in doubt about a few things. I have a German Shepherd and teach Obedience classes in Park Ridge. I needed a hatch-back so my dog could jump in the back. I deceided on the MATRIX and Steve took me out for a test drive. I just love it and find that Toyota makes buying a car a wonderful experience. more

What can I say, years of great service with parts for my rare Toyota Supra through Curt and nothing but top notch professional service. My only complaint is Curt is too good, he ships parts too fast, and his service is too timely and courteous. Not sure what you guys are paying Curt but its not enough. He is not only an asset to your dealership but an asset to an entire car community of individuals across the US and worldwide. People that purchase cars from your dealership should know they are dealing with the best of the best behind the scenes, truly making up the meat and potatoes of the store. more

I called a few dealers for information about a Toyota Platinum extended warranty for our 2008 Prius. Todd responded to my questions with accuracy, directness and a friendly manner--not what I experienced from the finance representatives at other dealers. And, Todd quoted a good price. When my wife and I went to the dealership, Todd answered our remaining questions and completed the paperwork. The quoted price was the purchase price--no added fees, obfuscation or pressure. It was clear to us that Todd's terrific work reflects the corporate values of Elmhurst Toyota. We'll be back. more

I have to say that our experience at this Dealership was amazing. Our Sales person Angel is an excellent Salesperson he was very patient and so helpful with handling our daughters first car purchase ( I can't tell you how many cars she test drove). She was so nervous. I came in spontaneously for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised at the friendliness of the service advisors, Terry, Casey, and Tommy. I also had an interesting conversation with a parts department employee, although I did not catch his name. I tell everyone I know to go to Elmhurst Toyota for their quality service and friendly environment. more

I brought my '99 Avalon in for service and spoke with Service Writer, Terry Lewis. Terry was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He was forthright about what work needed to be done and what could wait until the next visit. I was impressed with the people at the dealership. Everyone was very eager to be helpful, especially Terry. I have been a customer at Elmhurst Toyota for several years and only have my car serviced at this dealership. Their prices are competitive, especially with their specials and coupons. I am especially impressed with Terry Lewis and look forward to his expertise in servicing my vehicle whenever needed. more

I just bought my second car from this dealership and have had a wonderful experience both times! The salespeople are friendly and very efficient. They listened to what I wanted, my price range, and did everything they could to accommodate what I was looking for. I test drove the car I wanted, had the price I needed and 0% financing approved, then signed the paperwork within about an hour and a half. more
