Could not diagnose my car's issue 2/23/2015

I went there with a car that at sometimes it would not start. The mechanics did an initial guess which cost me some money on labor and that did not solve the issue. I bring the car a second time and they could not find the issue. more

Oil Change Plus 2/23/2015

Scheduled an oil change. Taken in on time, completed quickly. They checked fluid levels and tested my battery. At 7 years it tested marginal so I said yes to a new Interstate battery -- cheap insurance. Happy with Elmer's service, as always. more

Fast service 2/23/2015

Very friendly staff. Dropped off my car at noon, picked it up at 5. They correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed it promptly. Would definitely recommend. more

You always help me, whether it's an emergency stop in or a planned maintenance. I've never been treated rudely or made to feel stupid for my worries about the car - and some worries turned out to be pretty silly. more

I drive a unique import, and most shops wouldn't give me the time of day if I needed any maintenance that I lack the knowledge for. But the staff at Elmer's took good care of me, and my car is running better than ever. They "SHOWED" me exactly what was wrong, didn't cook the books on anything, and gave some sound advice on how I can keep everything running strong for years to come. I'm well pleased with my experience with the professionals at 1848 Monroe Ave. more

After being recommending by friends, I tried Elmer?s for the first time. I was very pleased with the courteous staff and the service they provided. I feel their prices were fair and my car was fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Knowing there are many automobile shops out there that can easily take advantage of a person, I will be bringing my car (as well as other members of my family) to Elmer?s. more
