Decline of Hearthstone 7/28/2011

Hearthstone has steadily gone downhill over the last few years as their prices increased. We were seriously over billed by Hearthstone, Inc during my mother's last months. The local manager, billing department and corporate refuse to acknowledge or reply to phone calls or letters. I am considering small claims court but their is a clause in the contract that seems to deny you that right.\r \r You can be this $100 million a year corporation has people assigned to hit these forums regularly.\r \r See our story at www.DeclineOfHearthstone.com more

Hospice facility 7/21/2008

My grandmother was recently admitted to the hospice wing of hearthstone and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about that facility. They were so caring and took the time to talk to family members. I did spend some time there talking with residents and they seem happy, it is a beautiful place. more

THINK OF YOUR LOVED ONE'S 2/7/2006

MY MOTHER IS A CURRENT RESIDENT @ THE ARLINGTON FACILITY, BUT WE'RE MOVING LATER THIS YEAR AND IT MAY BE NECESSARY TO MOVE HER CLOSER TO US. I'M AM IMPRESSED W/THE HEARTHSTONE CONCEPT.
