Elm St Bakery

Not very nice people and the place is unorganised. There products are outdated and kept for a long time! I agreed with the previous poster that this is a place to stay away from! more

I always compare Elm St Bakery's cannolis to other bakerys. None can compare! They have the best around. There bread is very fresh and delicious. Also, the other reviews stated parking issues. There is a parking lot behind the bakery. I would recommend Elm St Bakery. Jen S Everett, MA more

Not only are the products fresh & Fabulous, they are accommodating as well. As usual i waited until last minute to order 7yr old Basketball Birthday Cake. On sat at 8:30am i asked for 1:45pm that day to my pleasant surprise they said "No Problem" I have been going for years and will continue to do so more

i ordered a cake for my sister in laws baby shower and they spelled her name wrong and when i wanted them to fix it they made it worse and then offered me a free slice of pizza. i was mortified on how bad the cake looked but then to be offered a free slice , so rude more

Hands Down, the best bakery in Massachusetts. I'm a pastry nut, and have visited many of the bakeries in the Boston area, including the North End, and Elm Street Bakery, is by far, the best. And the best part of all... you cannot beat their prices!!! Simply awesome!!! more

The Elm St.Bakery has some of the best pastries. Their prices are also very reasonable. On the weekends they have awesome Cinnamon Bread. Everything I have purchased from here has been fresh. I could not say that about some other bakeries. The establishment is also spotless more

Now I know I’m no celebrity. But when I walk in to a business, I like to see a friendly staff paying attention to who’s coming in and who’s leaving. But when you walk into Elm St Market you’ll most likely walk into see both Managers playing keno. Not good Business in my book. It’s also a very cluttery environment, Not very clean. Another thing that I find absolutely horrific, is I known and been in and out of that store for about 2 years now and at least 10-15 times I have bought out of date products which is one time to many. Now don’t get me wrong they do refund your money, but it’s what they do with the product after you return it that makes me disgusted they put it back on the shelf. (Ex... I once returned out of date cookie dough I came back 2 weeks later it was still on the counter in the same spot I put it in.) I hate to say it though they are friendly. It’s not enough so I must give them a poor rating and recommend you stray away if you can. more

With Proficient and fast service, this small little hole in the wall bakery, definitely gets a good review. You will not be able to get in that door without a friendly hello. The lines move very Fast, Your order is always what you ask for, Very minor mistakes, have I ever seen. Also something that comes to mind besides the friendly environment, is the cleanness of the vicinity. After a review of the overall Bakery I must give a quick heads up on how good every single pastry taste and believe me I have tried them all. The prices are just right as well. So in Conclusion I d say this is an awesome place to Cater your parties, or just to have your self a homemade snack. ENJOY!! more
