Worst

I was very disapointed. I got my unit august 2009 and had the service contract. My unit stop having heat sat nov 6th 2010 I had them come over. They found 2 parts bad in the unit....

Ellsworth installed the A/C in our new home. When we called them to complain that the master suite did not cool as well as the rest of the house they immediately came out, diagnosed the problem as insufficient return air ducts, installed new ducts (which solved the problem) all at no cost! They are very professional, timely and effective. more

got rip off 11/8/2010

I was very disapointed. I got my unit august 2009 and had the service contract. My unit stop having heat sat nov 6th 2010 I had them come over. They found 2 parts bad in the unit. I had to pay $193.95 I was very shock as it was in their brand new unit. I was 2 months pass my year as for labor cost. So I had to pay what a rip off. I feel it was their problem because they should stand behind their product. They said I got 15 percent off because I had a service contract, big deal. I am very unhappy over it I will never call them again for any kind of service. I will call someone else the next time something go wrong with my brand new unit! more
