Absolutely terrible 5/25/2011

Can't I give them 0 stars? The worst customer experience I can imagine. I was subjected to instance after instance of unconscionable split-tongued lying simply for the sake of the sale. My DMV forms were mishandled as if they were processed by a kindergartener with a crayon. The salesman Jose played fast and loose with my credit. The general manager ""Mr. Brooks"" mishandled every conflict I had with his incompetent staff with the self-righteousness of a lunatic and the narrow-mindedness of an ignorant fool. Avoid this place at all costs. more

TWO BAD EXPERIENCES 6/1/2007

BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR MAJOR SERVICE. TOLD SERVICE REP. NOT TO ROTATE TIRES. NEWER BRAND IN FRONT. WROTE ON SERVICE ORDER. WHEN I GOT CAR HOME, NOTICED ONE SIDE HAD BEEN ROTATED. MECHANIC CHECKED OFF ON CHECKLIST THAT HE DID NOT ROTATE TIRES. MECHANIC IS A LIAR. I DON'T KNOW IF HE PERFORMED ANY INSPECTIONS THAT HE CHECKED OFF AS OK. HE ALSO SCRATCHED ONE OF THE ALLOY WHEELS. SERVICE MANAGER DENIES THIS. ALSO, A COUPLE OF YEARS AGO, I BOUGHT A USED CAR HERE. IT TURNED OUT TO BE A PIECE OF JUNK. HAD TO SELL FOR A LOSS. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! more

get a new receptionist 10/24/2006

I tried to call to get a price quote on a seatbelt repair/replacement. I did not get a call back within the first three hours, so I called back a few times but the receptionist would cut me off in mid sentence every time before transferring me. Apparently these folks don't want my business. Cons: can't actually speak to anyone in the garage more
