I've been taking my vehicles to Ellis Automotive since they first opened more than 30 years ago. Their prices are fair, turnaround is quick, and they have shuttle service which I've used at least once over the years. I highly recommend them to anyone. Chuck S. more

I couldn't understand why the car I purchased in December wouldn't pass, but this shop was highly recommended so I took it in. There mechanics are ASE certified. I was impressed by the level of communication given to me. I wasn't treated like I was a dumb woman with no knowledge of vehicles. The manager took the time to talk to me before, during, and after the service was completed. After looking the vehicle over and running a computer analysis, they could not find any problems with my vehicle. They reset the computer on my car, inspected it and put the sticker on, then called to let me know it was ready the same day I left it at their shop. I was only charged $30. I was impressed by the customer service and professionalism by the employees. There was no hassle with paperwork and the work was done quickly. I was charged a fair fee for the service rendered. I would definitely use this shop again. more
