Elliott's Hardware is gone [2005] 6/4/2006

Elliott's was a great store, but it was bought out by a bank. Workers there said the owners made more profit selling it than they had in the 14 years it had been open. It will be missed. Lowes and Home Depot killed it. more

Great old fashion type hardware store 9/22/2005

Elliott's Hardware is the hardware store like those our parents went to in the old days. It has the feel of the old hardware stores that carry everything from christmas decor to nails. The staff is wonderful and the prices are sometimes a little higher than the large hardware stores but it is worth it for the service and the convienence of not having to wonder thru a huge warehouse store. There is a ton of parking and they are very friendly. more

better than others 9/20/2005

This place is a true hardware store with a great selection and friendly employees. They are very knowledgable on all tools and never tell you to ask someone in a particular department. Also, many times, I have found that the prices are cheaper than some of the bigger name hardware stores in the area. I really like getting all my hardware needs at this store. more
