Elliott Air Systems

Elliott Air Systems is absolutely the best and I can honestly say that because I did nine estimates. I looked at nine different companies and this is the only company that actually came out here and measured my home. Craig walked through my home, did a diagram of my window placement and my vent placement, and determined by the age of my windows the air flow through my house exactly what size air conditioning unit I needed so that I wasn't running more than I needed. So not only making sure the system would be energy efficient, but that it would be pocketbook efficient as well. His estimate was reasonable. It was not the cheapest, but it was reasonable. He arranged for financing for me through Wells Fargo so that I could do 12 months interest free. No one else offered that. The crew came in at day they said they would and the time they said they would. The work was finished in one day. The two guys who came to do the work were very good. They cleaned up after themselves, put everything away, and taught me how to use the thermostat before they left. Craig himself came back to my house the day after to see if I had any questions and called a week later to make sure everything was running okay. The whole experience was very impressive. more

When an owner comes to your home, it says a lot about your business and he's in direct control of his customers. There's usually a difference between customers and owners and I was inspired by how exceptional his workers were. What Craig and I signed in the contract, was done and exceeded expectations. I'm very picky about who I allow in my home and before I hired Elliot Air Systems, I look them up on Better Business Bureau and other sites and they simply went above and beyond. So we hired him for returning maintenance. more

They're wonderful! I recommend Elliot Air Systems to everybody. I just got their business card and sent it out. They've helped me putting in my equipment 4 years ago. They have spectacular products. An issue came up during the 100 degree weather. Craig said that it may be 3-4 days because they were busy, instead Roberto was here the next day. Even when things are jammed up, they make sure that the customer is taken care of. Every time they come, they do everything I ask, and make sure that the whole system is working good. more

Elliott Air Systems did very well. They added an air conditioning duct that had to come from the system below all the way up. They were very efficient, very friendly and clean, and they did it in no time at all. They're a very good company. Somebody had recommended them to me and you can use my name now as a recommendation at any time. They committed. They bid real fast, followed up, got me a quick date to install, were right on time for the installation, and the owner followed up afterwards. All in all it was a very good experience. more

Elliott Air Systems replaced the furnace and the air conditioning. They were very timely, they were responsive to my inquiries, and they came back to check their work and an item that the building inspector had mentioned. more
