AMAZING!! Suffer from Chronic Migraines and between botox and chiropractic, I still have server bouts of pain, can't sleep and hate taking the meds because they cause other problems. I was referred to Bret but Dr. Glass and in just two visits, shoulder, neck and head pain that I would have had to take meds for was gone within 30 mins of leaving his office. I look forward to seeing how it turns out. ;) more

Treat Yourself/Insurance Covered! 4/13/2012

I have had shoulder pain and overall body stress for years happen to stumble upon Inner balance through my Insurance site (I'm pleased to see HE TAKES MY INSURANCE!) I am the BIGGEST SKEPTIC but I kidd you not after just a month of treatment my shoulder pain was gone. I've also been sleeping better, have more strength and mobility, more energy, and am healthier than I've ever been in my life. Bret also has great herbal Chinese remedies on hand. Just had a physical and I now am considered in the ""Excellent"" category for 25-29 year olds. I'm 50 :) Client for Life...Thanks Bret! more

I met Bret as a referral for my nutrition clients with PCOS. I had always had an interest in Eastern medicine as an adjunct to Western medicine especially since I truly believe nutrition can prevent disease. more

Pregnant and pain free!!! 1/25/2011

\r I'd been trying to get pregnant for over a year, with no success, and fighting pain from a condition called adenomyosis (it's kind of like endometriosis). We already have two kids and I was ready to give up on having a third one when I decided to give acupuncture a chance. At first I just wanted to get rid of the pain, which Bret took care of quickly. After that, I asked him to work on helping me to get pregnant. 2 months later.....I'm pregnant. I know acupuncture played a huge part in helping me get pregnant and I'm so very happy I didn't give up. Thanks Bret :-)\r more

Results are amazing! 8/18/2010

I suffered with shoulder/neck/back pain till I could no longer sleep at night, tried 2 1/2 months of rehab. and chiropractic visits. Bret's treatments helped relieve my chronic pain. After 2 visits I was already feeling results. Recently I strained my lower back and again Bret did his magic to relieve the pain. Bret is gentle and caring he is quick to fit patients into his schedule. Thanks Bret! more

Fast Results! 7/8/2010

Since I've been going to Bret Ellington for the past few months, I have had huge improvements in my health. I have a rare bladder disease, Interstitial Cystitis,and have been through many treatments with little to no success. After just two visits to Bret I noticed a significant decrease in my bladder's daily pain. Bret's confidence put any hesitations I had at ease.
