First, they talk over you like your not there at all. There was no explanations as to what they were doing and it was very painful. I feel more comfortable when they talk to you, you just feel more cared for that way.
Plus they told me I owed 20% up at the counter when they finished with my filling. I’ve never paid anything at the time of service. But she said that’s been in place for months, and just this once if I’m not prepared to pay, they can run it through my insurance.
I’m very confused 20% of that long painful experience would be a substantial amount of money.
