We are new to the area and I have taken my dogs to this vet twice. I have not figured out what the L. Ron Hubbard display has to do with a vet clinic but ok. The people are nice, vet appeared knowledgeable but it was very expensive. I personally felt the wait time was too long. It also seemed as if they are always trying to upsell you--at times I felt like I was buying a used car. They kept talking about some prepaid thing--well it ended up being a $29.50 prepaid plastic bottle for the stool sample. It was very unclear and I am sure many people fall for this. Great business move I must say. Do you know what the percentage of people likely never to return this thing? Good for their bottomline, bad for mine. Bottomline for me..not going back. more
