Great after hours care 5/31/2011

This is the 3rd time I've been to this clinic. We came for flu shots and once for an ear infection. We were back for another ear infection on Memorial Day and what could have been pretty miserable was a very quick and easy visit. The wait was short, care was good and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. I love this place. My health group told us to use the downtown clinic after hours but I really hate driving downtown so we took a chance on this clinic and I'm so glad we did. Close to home and good care. more

You save my father's life 7/25/2010

This urgent care recently saved my father's life who had headache and was seen by a very thorough physician at the urgent care. He immediately diagnosed that my father had a brain aneurysm and called ambulance and transferred him to ER and had operation right away. The staffs were very courteous and helpful. We even received a phone from the urgent care asking how my father was doing in the hospital. I can't thank Elk Grove Urgent Care enough!!! more

My experience with Elk Grove Urgent Care 7/24/2010

I just wanted to let everyone know what a great experience I had a female doctor in Elk Grove Urgent Care. I had severe eye pain and she was very thorough and detailed when explaining what had caused the issue. At the end of the visit, I felt confident that the prescription provided would resolve the issue. She even offered to talk with me (on the phone) the following week as a follow-up to my treatment. Last, the office was very efficient and the atmosphere was pleasant. Pros: everything Cons: none more

Best urgent care in Sacramento 1/30/2010

I live in Sacramento and work in a hotel in Elk Grove. Elk Grove urgent care is the medical office which I recommend to any guest and it has been my personal choice over my primary doctor. The doctors are very friendly and efficient and are available 7 days a week for those unexpected illnesses. And from i gathered, these doctors work in local hospital emergency rooms and are highly qualified. Why pay thousands of dollar and wait 6-10 hours to see the same doctors in the emergency room when i can see them and get treated in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend. more
