I've been dealing with these folks for over 15 years. They're trustworthy, dependable, and do great work. At my age, I can appreciate the personable service, and knowing I'll be treated with respect. I wouldn't go anywhere else for any of my lawn equipment needs. more

Best Lawn Mower Shop 9/20/2012

I just wanted to post a review about this Lawn Mower Shop. I have been using Eljays for over 12 years it is just around the corner from my work. They handle all my family's work because all I have to do is drop it off and I known it will be done right. I also have many friends I have told about Eljays. Thier prices are much lower then some of the other mower shops in the St. Louis area. there are not many to pick from, but what I like the best is that it's a small family owned business and they still know what custmer service is all about. more

Dont trust Eljay lawn products 5/6/2012

if you dont liked being LIED to,Do not take your lawn equipment to eljay lawn Products to be repaired. I took my ridging mower into them to be repaired and they told me that it would be ready in about a week and a half (10 DAYS) March 15 and would have it back by April 3.I went to pick it up and it wasnt ready,i said ok i'll be back in a week,i go back and its still not ready.i go there on April 20 and they havent even looked at it yet. they cost me $1,800.00 in lost revenue because they kept lying to me about when it will be ready! they will tell you anything to get you to bring your equipment to them and wont have it ready for 8 to 10 weeks later !! THATS IF THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EVEN LOOK AT IT ?? more
