I purchased a limo ride because me and my now wife were getting married in Las Vegas and thought it would be fun do do with friends and family. I reserved this ride months in advance, and also confirmed once we flew into Vegas that everything was good to go. Alan (the owner) confirmed they were ready. They were supposed to pick us up outside our hotel at 7:00. At 7:20 I called Allen to see what was going on because they weren't there yet. He said he would call the driver and find out. He then texted me and said the driver (George) would be there in 10min. I would have appreciated a call that they were going to be late, but once the limo finally arrived, I don't think they were even on the way when I called.
We got into the limo at 7:30, and the back was around 100 degrees. I notified the driver, and he turned the air on. It took at least 20min for it to cool down, so by then everyone was dripping with sweat. Then after another 15 min, my mom said it was still warm where she was in the clear back section of the limo. I went back there and realized the heat was on back there. I notified the driver and he finally turned on the air conditioning. We were also promissed a chilled bottle of champagne and glasses, which we did not receive. I also noticed that the speakers towards the front of the limo were not working, but at that point I was so pissed at the driver that I just ignored it. Not sure if they didn't work or if he was too stupid to turn them on.
After we got back from Las Vegas, I emailed Allen and let him know what had happened. I responded and said that the driver had been fired for numerous reasons, and also that we may be entitled to compensation. I emailed him back and said that would be nice since they guarantee on-time pick up, and the ride was not even close to expectations. After sending 2 more emails to him, I am still waiting for a response.
The only good thing I have to say about them is that the limo looked cool. That's about it.
