Did not have a good experience this last time. Would not recommend more

We have been bringing our vehicles to Elite for several years and have always been pleased with price, service, and turn-around time. They have been honest and told us how long we could wait for a repair to be done, when it would be in our best interest to have a particular repair done at another location, and time and time again answered our calls with quick car questions. Most recently, my wife was driving in downtown Atlanta when her car began dying on I-85 with 3 kids in the car. The owner Tim talked her all the way back to Flowery Branch and was waiting for her outside as she pulled in. As a husband, I couldn't have asked for better personal care and concern for my family. Would recommend their service! We have a 10-year old 4-Runner that still runs great. We have used these guys several times. This last time they quoted me half the price of the Toyota dealership. They did a great job, as usual. more

These people looked me in the face & smiled while they lied to me and charged me for a factory part, but put in the generic version! I went back and confronted them and they said they'd fix it. Well guess what I just had to have replaced?? It has cost me another $600 to get it fixed again. With the RIGHT part. more
