Damon, the owner, was super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had some specific needs for installation, and he worked with us every step of the way until we were completely satisfied, even to the point of coming out to help the installation himself and make sure it went without a hitch. Given the quality of service, I would have expected to be charged a little more, but the spa prices were similar or better than other dealers even just up the street! I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone interested in buying a hot tub. Ours has been great, and I really could not have asked for more. We did a lot of research on the internet and in person, visiting dealers all around Atlanta, and in the end Elite Spas Northwest was the best option by far. more

This is a great local company. Honest, ethical, and knowledgeable. Damon will take the time to explain things to you, as well as educate you on how to save money. He services existing systems, and well as creates custom hot tubs for you. He can also manage custom desks, ponds, and other accessories around your tub. more

Bought a house that already had a hot tub that was installed by Elite Spas. Cover was waterlogged and the hot tub probably hadn't been used in over a year. Damon came out personally to deliver the new cover and do a complete systems check to ensure operation. Hourly fee applied but he did not charge for filling up the tank and was very candid about how we could manage the tub ourselves. \r \r In about a month after enjoying the tub it stopped working. A quick call to Damon and he talked me through relighting the pilot light and other routine maintenance items at no cost. \r \r These guys are top notch. Very smart people. Very kind. I had several questions about pool upkeep (I knew nothing) and they didn't try to get me to buy weird gimmicks so they could make a buck. Instead I was given free advice about free ways to maintain my water and pool. A+ service from a classy crew! \r When I am ready to buy a Spa this fall... I'll be heading to this place again.
