An extaordinay experience. In a world of shady contractors that get a check and get out, Elite Pro Painting is refreshing. They actually warranty their work. The estimator, Joel, came out and walked us through the process / expectations / price initially. They were 7% higher than our other two quotes ($3100), but I just had a good feeling about their professionalism. I was not let down. John then came out and put colors on our house to confirm our choice. Once that was all determined, John, Michael, and Victor were at the house everyday. I never felt like the job was rushed. They took their time (3 days) and were VERY detailed. There were no shortcuts taken. My house looks great and I know if I have a problem, they will fix it. They actually come out on the 1 year anniversary of the paint job and walk around it just to make sure there are no issues. I recommend Joel, Andy, John, Mike, and Victor to anyone out there. Elite Pro Painting certainly lived up to their promises on my home. They have now painted 11 homes in my neigborhood with perfect reviews. I talk to my neighbors on a constant basis and have recommended Elite 5 times already. My home looks great. They were punctual and very friendly. They gave my whole neighborhood a special price. By far the worst customer service I have had to deal with in a long time. I've called at least ten times to their location, left voice mails and I dont get a response. I finally got through and got an appointment schedule to do the work and they never showed and never called to rescheduled. I've been trying to get back in touch and no response. Terrible customer service and would not recommend. more

I like to change the color of my home often. My only complaint would be that my house may have too much paint on it. I will not have to paint for years. I actually witnessed two coats of paint on my home. From the beginning to til payment I am delighted by the professionalism, the communication, and the finished product. I changed my home to two colors this time. Andy had great ideas for the colors that we decided on. I was told the project would take about 3 days. It finished on the 3rd afternoon. Great Job. more
