Not So Elite 12/8/2011

Lets start with the review below, written by Dangrs1 who is actually their F&I guy Dan. He will tell you a heck of a tale if you give him the time. I have been trying to get them to honor the agreement they made at signing and have had one heck of a time. They cleared the engine code and told me ""no problem, we fixed it"" only to see the code come back in two days. The real problem is the lies about ordering the wheel emblems that I have had to address time and time again. Now on the fifth week of ""I just ordered them!"" Having a hard time believing anything that comes out of their mouths. Avoid at all cost! I gave them one star because the software required a rating. Should be a zero.\r \r Now can I get a call back Dan? more

Great People to Do Business With! 9/1/2011

My experience with Elite Imports has always been great! They are a small dealership who works harder than the bigger ones to make the customer happy. I have purchased many cars from them in the short time they have been in business, they treat me fair, and make me feel welcome and genuinely show appreciation to their customers. I well know in the car business it is extremely hard to please everyone, so with that being said... Stop by Elite Imports on North Keystone Ave, and experience a dealership who hasn't forgotten the one rule of business... that the customer comes first!
