I called this company for service, I called and cancelled....They did the work while my painter was working and sent me a bill. Then said they would turn it in to a collection age...

Julian - Spring Maintenance Checkup 6/26/2020

Julian arrived on time. He proceeded immediately to check our A/C and our furnace. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He noted that our furnace came with a 16x25x1 filter, but recommended the full sized 16x25x4 filter commenting that it would do a better job. He showed us how to change the filter. We also purchased an air purifier. Julian was great. Hope we get him again. Give him 7 out of 5 stars. more

CAPACITOR IN HEAT PUMP FAILED 7/5/2019

TECHNICIAN (I THINK HIS NAME WAS BECK) FIXED PROBLEM FAST, AND FOUND TWO OTHER ITEMS (FAILED REMI UNDER WARRANTY) AND DIRTY FILTER - THOUGH JUST REPLACED IN MARCH - NEEDED CHANGING. THANKS FOR ALL THAT! more

I was very nervous when Elite showed up since I had called Middletown HVAC and did not know they had sold out. However, when Mike and his team showed up for our installation, my nerves settled. He was most knowledgeable and they were all professional. Good Job, Elite! more

David Duncan and others within the Company 10/22/2018

I have had several problems with my system recently, cracked gas pipe elbow caused a leak but elite responded very quickly to solve problem and as it was summer weather heat was not needed. Next problem was heater wouldn't ignite Elite responded quickly found a bird in exhaust blower removed bird system worked fine but a replacement blower was ordered and installed. David checked outside exhaust pipe and found no cover had been put over pipe exhaust pipe. As Elite was the subcontractors on the house when it was built by Don Karem builder I am assuming they will replace it at no charge and I thank them for their rapid response attention to detail and David Duncan's fine work. more

Todd worked unending to set it up. I think it was the first for Elite and definitely me. I hate to now say that I've goofed and can't get some of what he set up to work. I'm going to need some more help. more

David is an ACE! 9/15/2018

I thought I cleaned the corrosion out of the thermostat but I guess I don't have the right touch that David has. What a relief it is to have air conditioning again. I was able to find furnace filters online and I have ordered them. David said to call and he would stop by and install one for me since the one I had in was pretty dirty (even though I vacuumed it). Once again Elite has come through for me! Every problem I have had in the past 7 years has been addressed with speed from an excellent tech! Thank you! more
