The inspector was amazingly detailed and helped us identify anything that needed to be fixed or replaced in the new home we were purchasing. He was very thorough and explained any issues in a simple manner and how we could fix the problems. I would completely recommend this company for home inspection needs. more

good, could be better 1/20/2014

After inspection, inspector call me said finished. however, there is a dog in back yard so he can not perform the inspection in that area, If we need him come back for a re-inspection after owner removed dog, there will be a charge. I thinks he should call us to remove the dog before he finished. so we have a chance to do so. more

Our inspector is Eric Ward. He did an excellent inspection. 1/20/2014

We arrived at the site around 9:00AM and the inspection has started. The entire process ends around 11:30AM. Eric is very experienced and knowledgeable. We are very pleased with the service. The final report was sent to us one the same day. more

I followed my inspector around and asked a lot of questions, only to find him very patient and full of information. I'm sure he would have been done in a shorter amount of time, if I had not been there, but I'm so glad he went over his findings with me and didn't leave me in the dark.
