!!!Warning!! Avoid This Place Like The Plague!! I initially made contact on June 14, 2010 and attended a training session on June 16. Not knowing what kind of person I was dealing with, I signed a 6-month agreement under good faith. There was a “breach of contract” on June 22 -I received JAG counsel on June 29th and after review I was told that I had a “very strong case”- The contract was sent into collections at twice the original agreement amount. Upon notification, I wrote a letter to Affiliated Acceptance contesting. This contesting document was ignored twice. I have several documents where Matt has made attempts to “cut a deal” and has told me this case is going to court if I don't give him money. “Leslie” from Jarret Pierce recently contacted me asking to return a call for “details of the court proceedings.” I called only to have Matt answer. These were petty attempts of intimidation. -For what it is worth, I spent 2 years in Iraq as a MiTT medic working in “imminent danger zones” Matt is a joke to me-. I’m still patiently waiting for this court date or any real info. I have sent several e-mails stating that I will gladly answer any summons or return date. I have attempted to work this out in the past. Stating that this was a ""matter of principle not money"" For example, Matt claims to be a “Christian” and a mutual supporter of St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital,-he is not- I told him on Jan 2, 2011 that I would anonymously donate twice the original agreed upon amount to St. Jude’s in order to clear this up. I was going to provide the necessary proof of this donation. Matt refused, later saying that it “looks like facing a judge is easier than facing your wife” -Another ignorant statement since I don’t have a wife- Let it be known that Matt does not any morals and will gladly take advantage of honest people. He is the type of person that is destroying this country's moral fiber. Matt is a ""Jody."" No offense to those that are in fear of retaliation, but I am not, businesses ran this way need to be brought to light.
