The Elite Grille is located right off of I-35 on the famous Waco Circle. The environment is very retro. The food is reasonably priced and tastes good. This is a classy place and the wait staff are well trained and friendly. I would recommend this for a nice night out in Waco. more

Good healthy food 9/20/2005

the restaurant is located right by the famous circle. it can be seen on the high way. there is no chance that one would get lost looking for it. the food there is very good, very much on the healthy side. not greasy or fat at all. the prices are reasonable. I also have friends who buy food and study there. the environment is very enjoyable and quiet. the service is fantastic. if you are looking for someplace to eat think and just enjoy a good lunch then Elite is the place more

A Waco legend! Finally open after years of renovations it's one of our favorite restaurants in Waco! The atmosphere is sleek and trendy now, and the waitstaff has always been excellent. Food is great - with some traditional dishes like hamburgers, salads, and chicken fried steak along with Waco inspired ones like Dr Pepper ribs! I usually get a filet and it's always a great cut of meat at a fair price. Desserts and drinks are just as good. You can usually get in without too much of a wait, as well, and they have happy hour and other weekly specials you'll want to check out when you go. more

Just as the name says 8/17/2005

This is just as the name indicates-Elite. I took the time to ask the owner about any history about the place. He explained to me it was relocated to the current place because of the fire accident (it was formerly in downtown). Elvis himself ate here. Oh yeah- they had a recent Harley Davidson Rally. The place has gone a complete change over. Went from the early 1990's common cafe look to a very modern and classy cafe. Perfect for romantic dinners or meetings. I recommend the Dr.Pepper BBQ Baby Back Ribs with Vanilla Cheese Cake. Make sure to take the time to meet with owners, their very informative and energetic. This place brings back a lot of old memories. more
