I have worked with Eli's Auto Cneter for over 2 decades now and they are the primeir repair shop in the LA area for Auto Body Repairs. I have been into the shop as an insurance appraiser, inspectior, and for technical training, and now as a customer. The work is great. If you want your car fixed correctly as per the manufacturers guidlines, using the OEM recomended equipment by OEM trained techs this is the shop to go to. They will repair the car correctly, and make it as safe as and perform as well as before the accident. more

I've been going to Eli's for four years now and have always had a fantastic experience. Danny is always very honest and informative about what the issues are and what the cost will be upfront. I've had nothing but pleasant, professional encounters with all of the staff at Eli's I work for a fellow who has a few cars and it's extremely important that I have them taken care of by the best. Eli's is hands down the best. I bring my own car too. Their work is flawless and timely. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I know several other folks who feel the same. more

The staff at Eli's is extremely professional and willing to explain everything at all times. They will be the only place I ever bring any car I own (expensive or cheap) for repairs going forward. They work on all types of cars, but whenever you go there you will notice that they also work on the highest end of cars, and there is a reason for that. Remember your car is an investment / asset and you want to protect the value of it even after an accident. more

Hillel was extremely conscientious; and kept me up to date on the progress of the repair at all times including weekends (via email and phone). While the repair did take a little longer (3 months mostly due to my insurance co not wanting to pay for the car to repaired by ppl authorized by Audi - which insured that the work would be warranted). In the end my car was as good as new. The insurance co tried to pressure me to get the repairs done elsewhere and it was clear they did not care that my car had to repaired to spec in order to be completely safe in addition to preserving its resale value. Remember, insurance is exactly that, and while at the time I was a bit inpatient, in the end I'm grateful Hillel took the time to make sure my car was restored to its original condition. more

Given the issues with dealing with a rarer car, there were significant issues with coordinating the repair given the ordering of special parts and the repair to aluminum frame. Hillel patiently answered all my questions (I had quite a few) and at no time did I ever feel pressured. He took the time to explain every line item on the estimate, and I felt a sense of reassurance that my vehicle would be well-taken care of. more

I just got my Audi TT back after quite a bit of mechanical and body work. I couldn't be more pleased with the results and will never take my car to another shop as long as I'm in LA. Danny and co. spent quite a bit of time to ensure that I knew what was going to happen, when it was going to happen, how long it would take and how much it would cost. After having had the chance to drive it for a day, I got an unobtrusive email inquiry from them -- a check-up to make sure that it drove well and that I was satisfied with the body work. If quality workmanship is important to you, don't take your ride to "the other guys" -- take it to Eli's! more

I just picked up my car from Eli's about a week ago and they did a great job on two areas of damage I had on my car from past collisions. Due to the age of my car, I elected not to have them do a complete fix on my car. Still I was highly impressed with the work they did ... it definitely was above and beyond what I expected. I worked with Rui and Danny and they were both very helpful and patient with all of my questions. If I have the misfortune to again need work on my car, I will not hesitate to go back to Eli's. more

would ignore the negative reviews below and seriously trust Eli's, I have taken my car ('09 Audi A4 Convertible) there twice with multiple accident issues. The first was a severe accident, the entire left rear-side was smashed in after hitting a parking structure, it caused body rippling and issues with the convertible top - they took it apart, rebuilt it from scratch, and it came back to me as-good-as new - in absolute perfect condition, they shared the pictures with me and it was unreal the time/effort/care they took with the vehicle. The second time, I had scratches and bumps/wear and tear on the car and wanted to get it back to pristine condition, they turned it around in 2 days, exceeding my expectations - I also had a parking ticket, as I had left it in front after hours, and they took care of that, which was above and beyond. Danny, the owner, is extremely ethical, fair, and knows an incredible amount about cars and doing the right thing by customers - even going so far as renting me a car during my first major incident and e-mailing/talking with me personally about the process. Would highly recommend Eli's, will keep going back forever, and advise anyone with a luxury vehicle or otherwise, with issues, to give them a shot, you won't regret it." more

I took my grandma's audi to get repaired. I was afraid, like most body shops, it would take weeks to get repaired. It's nice to go to a body shop and not feel like you're at their mercy and ur about get charged up the ying-yang. Soo not what was happening at Eli's, Sabrina and Danny always kept me in the loop with what was going on. They never dodged my call and believe me I kept calling because i've learned my lesson from other places..always stay on top of it!! Each time I called, they were on top of things so I stopped calling so much. Got the car back and looks great. Grandma was very pleased. I've recommended a few of my friends there and they were satisfied..2 of them actually saw someone famous. more

My Audi came here after an accident. The guy I dealt with, Craig, couldn't have been nicer. He always returned my calls, and even helped me get everything out of my car after the insurance company called it totaled. Further, when I was looking for new cars, he told me I could bring the car to his shop and he would take a look at it for free to make sure it was fine. In the world of cars, both buying and repairing, its incredibly hard to find a reliable shop. This place mostly deals with high end European cars but they have no attitude about it. I couldn't have been happier with my service here. more

I cannot beleive that anyone could not be pleased with Eli's Auto Center. I only wish that other automobile service facilities were as professional and courteous as Eli's Auto Center. I have had several vehicles repaired, having four cars in my imediate family. The manner is which I am always treated does not change, simply excellent in all facits. I have also refered several of my business acquatances and friends and have never heard anything but praise. This is a family owned operation and all aspects of the repair project are thouroughly followed thru to absolute satisfaction. I've had 3 black Audi A4s and each has been a target for trouble. Either I've been hit or I've done something not so smart and every time Eli's has taken my car and restored it back to new! Everyone there is friendly and accessible and always provides a complete explanation of the work that needs to be done. They're helpful in dealing with insurance companies and 3rd parties and although I don't call all the time, they know my voice when I call. They're trustworthy, reliable and their work stands far above others. more

I just got my Audi A4 back from Eli's Auto Center and I couldn't be happier! My car is like brand new! No, this place is not the cheapest in town, but that's because they provide QUALITY work. Next time I need any work on my car it will be back o Eli's for me. The BEST. more

First of all I would like to say that the entire negative reviews about this body shop Please ignore it. I dropped off my car about a month ago and they treated my vehicle like it was their vehicle. They made sure that I can put my family back safe in my car again. The staff was helpful and I can tell that they were on top of their game especially their knowledge in repairing vehicles. They fixed my vehicle to factory standards in a timely manner. If you need a Auto Center to bring your car this is the place to go to. more

Danny took my broken little baby and made her brand new. Super fast service - they actually call you back when you call, they call with updates and my car was delivered on time (actually earlier!). more

"After my car was rear-ended on wilshire by an uninsured SUV driver (does it get any better than that?), a friend recommended Eli's, so I gave them a shot because the 2 other places I had been to during my time in LA were awful. They run a very professional shop. They gave me great service, even though my car was the least expensive in the whole place by about $20,000, and my car came back looking and driving perfectly- I guess there's not much else to say, except that if, god forbid, I need another auto body shop, I will definitely be going back." more

You know everyone has to make their own judgments when it comes to using reviews as an indicator of what to expect. While my car was being repaired at Eli's, I stumbled across a few terrible reviews and the paranoia started coming. Fortunately, I can say--from my own experience--you will not find a more professional, timely, and genuinely caring group of individuals to look after your car while it's in the shop. more

These people are sheisters - liars, cheats and thiefs. More important, they do LOUSY work, absolutely contemptible. While paying for a NEW fender, they installed a USED one, damaged other parts of my car, and refused to repair the damage they did. Moreover, they failed to perform most of the work I paid for, as per the insurance. THEN the owner tried to get me to pay more for unneeded work. I should have walked away as he kept trying to add changes and things not on the insurance. And now, I've discovered even MORE damage they did to my car when they were supposed to be fixing it! They border on criminal. NEVER use these people! BEWARE!! more
