Highly recomend 2/3/2016

Coming up on one year with Elgion. Shortly after moving in the frig went and I called them and the next day a brand new one was at the apartment. A couple other minor repairs were needed in the past year and every time I was either reimbursed for fixing it myself or there was a repairman sent promptly. Rent is very reasonable and other tenants in the building are polite and friendly. Saw a review about secretaries not staying but I've been here since 2015 and its always been Amanda and she has always been polite, professional, and friendly even when I could tell she was under a lot of stress. more

FIND A DIFFERENT APARTMENT 2/26/2014

The heat in my apartment was 40 degrees. I called the landlord. The heat was working,but the apartment was so drafty it couldn't heat up. They then proceeded to charge me for having them come put plastic on the windows. This was after George, "The Landlord" said that he would cover the costs. This company also goes through employees. There have been 3 different secretaries in the course of LESS than one year. Go rent somewhere else, and stay away!! more
