My best experience in a body shop. It's a great family owned auto body shop. The folks there will make you feel like a part of their family. I took my car in to troubleshoot something wrong with my brake system. I left it there early one morning thinking it would take a couple of days because the shop was full of cars. They took my car in and it was ready for me to pick up the same day!!! Now that's service!!! Take you're car here and you won't regret it!!! Pros: Friendly, Knowledgeable Staff more

I also had a really poor overall experience here. No one seems to be have much of a clue of whats going on. The product looked ok, but it has started rusting since they installed it. I prefer to do business with people who have some education and don't seem completely unintelligent. I do not recommend doing any buisness with Elgins. If your idea of good service is having parts missing and poorly installed, while paying an arm-and-a-leg for it, this is your kinda place! I had my trucks front end rebuilt a while back. Even though some of the parts were flapping around loose, it didn't seem that bad. Then, one day, the dealer tells me several parts were missing! WOW. I go to talk to ole Darrell, and he tells me ""its your fault I didn't install those parts!' Gee Darrell, I bet your right. Your the one that went to supposedly a ""professional"" , and I am the one who should've known better, and told you to install those parts. I am amazed at how someone can be that unconcerned about their customers or the work they produce. My Family has used them in the past, but we have resolved to NEVER go back.
