Just returned from 2 weeks in Thailand and words cannot express how INCREDIBLE it was and how detailed EBTS arranged my trip. Elena's service has exceeded my expectations. She has passion for what she does and it shows. We originally went to her office with wanting to visit Bora Bora, and after an hour consultation she recommended Thailand. What I loved about her is that she supplied us with an itinerary to Bora Bora, Thailand and Bali... She gave us three choices and put together detailed itineraries, and gave us her opinion onto why she felt Thailand was the right fit. After coming home I realized she gave us exactly what we wanted, beach, relaxation, culture, and an off the beaten path experience. She is a FANTASTIC agent, traveled a TON, and handles herself as a true down to earth professional. One thing she gives that the internet doesn't provide is One on One Personalized service, as well added perks... At each hotel the red carpet was certainly pulled out, and we received a special amenity from her at each location.... Added touches that we never expected.. I went there and after discussing my vacation plans I was told that I would be receiving an e-mail with the options in about a week. A week passed by and I didn?t hear anything from them so I called the agency and the lady got offended when I said that I am disappointed about the service. Again, I was told that I would get my options in two days. I still haven?t heard from them!!! more

What can I say about Elena,EBTS, other then she is AMAZING. Elena took the time to find my wife and I the perfect honeymoon in Hawaii, after we changed our mind on destinations 3-5 different times. She was very patient with us and always had great suggestions. She took the time to explain all our options on our trip and even after we changed our minds numerous times she was patient and friendly. I will be with EBTS for life and all our trips will go through her. more

I recently returned from Africa and Elena Borrero Travel Services offered great service! The itinerary that was planned was just beautiful. We started our holiday in Joburg, then off to Botswana, and ended in Capetown. In Botswana we did three completely different camps. We ran into a slight problem with our international flight and EBTS was there to help fix the problem in less than one hour. I would highly recommend this agency.
