My suggestion is to avoid this business. In an effort to grow their business, like many, they used Groupon to bring customers to their door. This was my first experience with the company. After many attempts to book my massage deal, I was informed the Groupon deal was oversold and I could be placed on a waiting list where if a member canceled they could contact me on the fly to come in and use my Groupon or I could roll the price of my deal into a membership price and then book ahead. I have notified Groupon as to what I see as a bait and switch to get business. Buyer beware if you are not a member you soon will be. more

I can't believe how knowlegeable the staff is here and how appreciative and good natured an entire company can be. I went in one night while on a golf tournament and with short notice. I got Mimi and we talked about my backswing problem. I notice that during the game I have been having pain in my left shoulder and explained what I was doing. She did a great job listening and we decided I would have much of my focus spent on my upper back and shoulders. For someone as small as she is she has really powerful hands AND elbows!!!!! The end i was given a cool water bottle and a business card. I went in not being able to pull my arm up, slightly skeptable and very desperate for a fix, and walked out practically babysitting my shoulder when I left, but the next few days I was virtually pain free when I was golfing. I would definitely recommend a massage at Elements. They have a personable and awesome staff and facility. It's quiet, private and you get exactly what you ask for. Thank you for a great experience from a newbie massage customer. Very impressionable. more

Great Massage! 5/3/2010

I have been going to Elements since they opened back in December 2009. I have not been disapointed yet. Every massage has been a positive experience. The therapists are knowledgeable and thorough. The front desk staff is great. I have even spoken with the owners on several occasions and they are both friendly and professional. I am more than happy with the interaction I have had with everyone affiliated with Elements. I was just in last week and I am hoping to fit a massage in between meetings while out in the area this Wednesday. Pros: Good pricing, experienced therapists, friendly staff more

Absolutely Wonderful!!! 5/3/2010

My wife and I went here this Sunday. My wife got a prenatal massage by Nicole and said it was amazing! I got a VERY DEEP tissue massage from Hernane (Hernani). Hernane is great because he is one of the phusical therapists that work on the professional surfers that come into town for the US Open of surfing in Huntington Beach during the summer. So those of you that surf or do any physical activities, you will not be disappointed! These were by far the best massages we have ever had. I recommend Elements Fountain Valley to anyone:) Pros: Very clean, highly experienced massage therapists Cons: NONE!!!! more

Amazing deal and great therapists! 4/23/2010

I am so happy this place opened- it is absolutely the best massage place I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot! I've had four different therapists and each one was wonderful, I like being able to call and make a same day appointment knowing the massage will be great regardless of the therapist. The ambiance is very 'zen' and feels like a place you should be paying $120+ for a massage but this place is much more affordable! You can enjoy a massage without feeling guilty about breaking the bank. The staff is always friendly and smiling. Best bang for the buck 4/15/2010

I'm a contractor and need deep tissue massage to relieve my aches and pains. I've gone to other places and most times it isn't deep enough pressure. I work out at the 24-Hour Fitness next to elements and decided to take advantage of the special they were offering. They got me right in and the massage was way better than I expected. Therapist definately knew what he was doing and I'll be back again soon. Great value too. Pros: quality deep tissue massage more
