Elements Therapeutic Massage

I first learned about Elements Massage from friends that bought me a gift certificate...that was a year ago and I haven't stopped going. The membership packages are well worth the money and I like how you can bank your massages each month (some places make you use it or lose it). I have tried several of the therapist and they are all good. I won't tell you my favorite....then she will always be booked :) more

I have been a member with Elements for over three years now. Their service is consistently professional from start to finish. Their massages are definitely worth the price you pay, especially if you're a member. I look forward to my relaxing massage once a month and I hope to continue my long standing relationship for time to come. more

I go to Elements in Belmont regularly and wouldn't go anywhere else. I find the therapists and staff to be the best around, thoughtful, professional, and they cater to what you need as a client. Their membership program makes massage affordable, unlike many other places. Give this place a try! You won't be disappointed! more

I have had 2 hip surgeries over the past year and a half (FAI surgeries) and have found the massage therapy at Elements to be very helpful in the healing process. I have a lot of scar tissue that needs to be worked out and back issues due to being on crutches for 8 weeks after each surgery.. The myofascial massage technique has been great and the general atmosphere, especially the personalities of the staff, is super relaxing! more

I have been a member of Belmont Therapeutic massage for the last six months and I really experienced a great relief and body awareness whenever I had a massage. The staff are very professional, friendly and polite. The environment is very neat and cozy. more

I have been a member of Elements for a couple of years now and it has been one of the best investments for my health that I have made. Elements has a nice atmosphere, warm tables, varied massage options, ample scheduling options, and several talented therapists. The people that work at the front desk are always extremely pleasant and will help to find an appointment that fits your schedule, even last minute! I have used a couple different therapists - Amanda was my therapist for a year and was amazing; she helped me through ""tight spots"" while I was actively training for running races. Dawn, who has been my therapist for over a year now has been absolutely wonderful - I can say that she compares nicely to the massage therapists I have in Aruba on the beach; I never leave there without feeling relaxed and like I was just on vacation! Dawn is also very attentive to any problem spots that pop up! I would highly recommend Elements - I have had nothing but great experiences! more

My wife and I have subscribed to Elements monthly membership for about a year now and it's hands down the best money we spend on ourselves each month. The location is clean, inviting, and most importantly relaxing. In addition the Massage Therapists I've seen have been excellent. I'll be going there for a long time to come. more

I've been to Elements Belmont for the last 3 years and it's my perfect scape.... therapists are extremely nice and welcoming, they care very much about your needs, from stress to pains.... they always review your history before your next appointment so they know exactly what was done in the last appointment so they can follow up on what you need... You definitely forget about reality for a while.... I love this place more

I have multiple back issues, and am always on the search for a great masseuse. I found a bunch of them at this Elements. Not only is the reception desk amazingly accommodating, but they are also personable, sweet, and efficient. My massage was amazing, and I can't wait to go back! And with all of the specials that they run on a regular basis, it's easy to budget a massage in!!! more

I joined Elements about a year ago and it is the best thing I have ever done! I love this place! The receptionists and therapists are always friendly and professional. I use a different therapist every time and I am never let down. They all list carefully to your needs and they all have their own unique styles- you never get the same massage twice even from the same therapist. Elements always offer wonderful promotions and savings- free upgrades, gift cards at reduced rates... Joining Elements is the best money you'll ever spend! more

I been a menber of a year and have enjoyed all massages. All the therapists I have had past and now have been great. They know were the problems spots are and work on the knots that I have. And the girls at the front desk are very helpful with any questions I have. I would refer anyone to them. more

I've been to this Elements a few times now. I was surprised to find such great therapists at a chain location. Still, I've enjoyed massages with three therapists there. They really listen to your needs and tailor the massage to you. It's always relaxing, but I've had more variety in what happens during my massages here than anywhere else that I've been. Since I participate in a lot of sports and activities, this is important to me. The only down-side is that it's sometimes hard to get an appointment if you're looking for a specific therapist more

Love this place! I have been to a number of different therapists at Elements & they've all been great! I often book appointments either the day before or day of my massage - availability of appointments is very reasonable. I like the choices of massage techniques but I usually opt for deep tissue. Atmosphere is relaxing - massage beds are heated and soooo comfortable - receptionist is friendly & welcoming - and while waiting for your massage you can read up on your therapist's background in the reception area. more

Love all the therapists at Elements. Each one of them that has worked on me has made me feel so much better both physically and mentally. I don't know what I would do without them. I am always looking for a good massage place and this is the BEST by far! Not only are the hours great, appointments are always available, and they email you open slots for last minute appointments! I have tired 4 or 5 of the massage therapists and they are all fantastic! If you choose a different place you will be sorry! more

I never actually got to Elements. This review is about their gift card policy and customer service.\r I received a gift card for a 55 minute massage at the Elements Massage studio in South Weymouth awhile back. I never seemed to get around to using the gift card and didn't really worry about it since well it's a gift card and they don't expire. Well this week I've been having muscle aches in my back so I thought, what a great time to use the gift card. I call the weymouth location and eventually find out that that location has closed. No big deal, I look at the website and find that the next closest location to me in West Newton. So I call and the girl on the phone tells me that they will not honor my gift card because it is only valid at the South Weymouth location. Well that's fine and all but it doesn't exist so that's going to be pretty hard to do. I then call another location in Stoneham. The girl on the phone tells me that it is their policy to not take gift cards from other locations and that they now have two kinds of gift cards, ones that are valid at all locations across the US and ones that are only good at specific locations. Again, helpful information but I currently own a gift card that is only valid at a closed location. She tells me that she will call her owner to see what she can do and call me back, she never calls. \r I called the corporate office and spoke to a man named Kyle who was pretty rude on the phone and basically said ""it is what it is"". \r I'm not asking for anything for free or extra. I just want my 55 minute massage that was already paid for. I understand that these are franchises but so are Dunkin Donuts and you can use their gift cards anywhere. This is a nation wide franchise. And it's not a $500 gift card, its a 55 minute massage. Seems very sad that they would rather lose a future customer and have a bad reputation than just honor a 55 minute massage. It just seems like the right thing to do to me.\r I just feel like I'm being ripped off or more specifically, the person who already spent the money on the gift card has been ripped off. It almost feels like beign robbed since someone gave money and got nothing in return.\r more
