Elements Massage

In my profession, I use my body a lot. And I treat myself to a monthly massage as a way of keeping my body tuned up. I rec'd a massage to Elements as a gift and I have been going faithfully for almost a year. My therapist, Emily C, listens to what my needs are. She's not afraid to experiment with me (with my permissions & urging, of course). She researches my needs in between appointments so that she is ready to offer me something new. I was lucky to discover Elements about a year ago through a Groupon special. I keep coming back for more (even though I live and work 30 minutes away! I've bought 6 massages so far, have tried 4 therapists, and each time the massage has been wonderful. After each one, I questioned myself, "Why didn't I come back sooner?" I felt THAT good during and after the treatment! I also treated a friend there to her very first massage for her 50th birthday. It was a big hit! more

I recently moved to the area and had to find a new message therapist. I tried out 3 therapists and all were very good. I've stuck with Staci and am happy with the massages she has given me. Elements' membership is definitely worth it, discounted massages, upgrades, gift certificates and monthly specials. more

Best and most consistent collection of message professionals in the area. Have never had a bad experience and have been going there for 2 years+. Relaxed and personal environment. Highly recommend! more

I have never had a bad massage here. Therapists are always very attentive, asking about issues and pressure and getting at some key areas. Had one therapist work solely on my plantar fascitis the whole session which was heavenly. more

I have been suffering from chronic back pain for months and seeing my chiropractor regularly. On a whim, I went to Elements in West Newton for a massage. I had a massage by Augusti Syah, and for days I felt better than I did after seeing my chiropractor. I am extremly critical of Massage Therapists due to the fact that I go a lot. I have to say that Agusti is one of the best in the bussiness!!! The atmosphere is quiet and accomodating from the the receptionist to the treatment rooms. I came in the other day and with a brief explanation of lower back pain that had been on going for about two weeks...Agusti went right to work and I walked out feeling sooo much better. I was so impressed that I purchased a 5 massage treatment package!! Keep up the great work everyone... see you again in the next couple of days. I went into elements feeling terrible, I had a headache and felt stressed and all knotted up. After an hour with Agusti, my headache was gone, I was completely relaxed and felt great. I am always hesitant to do something for myself but realized that when I am feeling good and relaxed it makes a big impact on the people around me as well. I've recieved massages from 3 of the West Newton Elements massage therapists and all have been quite good. My favorite thus far has been Augusti, who is new to this studio I hear. He moves quickly and efficiently, which is good because i felt like I got more massage for my buck than in the past. I gave him a few areas I knew needed to be worked on and he did the rest. I needed some deep massage in my hips/glutes and he was professional and effective in massaging this tough to get at area. Thanks, Augusti. I am a competitive athlete and tend to punish my body quite a bit and massages (as often as I can get them!) are great for recovery and general physical and mental relaxation. I'm a massage connoisseur and after my long-time massage therapist moved I didn't see a new therapist for about 2 months. My back pain that is reoccurring started troubling me again and I got desperate for some relief. Since I received a postcard in the mail I decided to try this place out. The first time I called to book an appointment the receptionist Veronica was really helpful and encouraged me to come in. I thought it was a scheme because she was really nice and inviting, but when I came in for my appointment she was truly a personable personality in person. The therapist she matched me up also was great, Lakisha. She gave me a really great deep tissue massage and was just as positive as Veronica. Overall, I'd recommend this location to people based on service quality and price. It is worth a shot if you're tight on budget but need some pain and stress relief. You have got to try this place. The rich chocolate brown walls, the friendly receptionist, and the fantastic massage....I loved every minute of my visit there today. Evan, my therapist, was wonderful. He made sure he addressed all of my muscle aches (I work out a lot and have been feeling it lately.) and (I loved this part) made sure the pressure was just right for me. It was 55 minutes of Heaven in West Newton Center. And, yes...all that at a very affordable price. You can bet I'll be back. No more waiting for special occasions to get a massage for me.
