After two years of being on antidepressants and sleep medication and having no energy I found Jennifer O'Leary. She helped me change my life. I am off all medications and feeling fantastic! The service was mediocre at best. One month after my visit, I received a letter threatening to send me to a collection agency, despite the fact that I never received any bill or itemized statment before. The letter had my address and name incorrectly written, even though I know that I gave them my correct information in the initial appointment. I called to complain about this and was treated very rudly. I asked for an itemized statement of the charges and to date, I have not received anything. I was treated very rudly and basically called a liar about the address. Clearly this was their mistake and they will not take responsibility. Please do not use this provider unless you enjoy incompetent people. I will certainly take my business elsewhere. If it were possible to leave a negative star, I certainly would! I have been seeing Dr. Jennifer O?Leary for the last two years. Before I found her I had been to numerous doctors trying to figure out how to feel better. It was not until I landed in her office that I found my way back to health. She is caring, one of the best listeners I?ve ever known and brilliant in her treatment. My family lives all over the country but even they schedule appointments with her when they come to visit. She can get you to your optimal health and does so in such a caring way you look forward to your appointments. The office is calming and well run. Even if you?re not in the immediate Portland area she is worth the drive and, if you do live here, you?re missing out on a healthier and better life if she is not your doctor. I am not a writer but wanted to say what an exceptional service I have received from Elements Holistic Wellness Center. I have been seeing Dr. Jennifer O'leary for a few months now. When I went to her I was a mess. We took labs and found I had high cholesterol, I was anemic and had low vitamin D. I felt sick, tired , swollen and had migraine headaches. I was unable to loose weight. I simply felt there was something wrong for a while. I left my previous doctor because he left the practice during treatment of Thyroid problem and so I took that as it was time to go find a new doctor. I was referred to Elements Wellness Center through friends that had medical problems and I watched what a difference Dr. O'leary had on their health. Since going to Dr. Oleary, I have energy, strength and am finally starting to loose weight. Suffering with no headaches or once a month (I had headaches 2-3 times a week for 26 years) I had labs done again after 2 months of treatment with Dr. Oleary and everything was beginning to decline and even to normal readings. I can't thank my friends enough for the great direction towards Dr. O'Leary's office. Everyone there is friendly and helpful with any needs that I have. Whether I need a message, acupuncture, Dr. or more supplements they are willing to do what ever it takes to make you comfortable. I noticed there was almost 5 stars on the review but feel that may have been a mistake. This office definitely deserves 5 stars. When you find something good, usually you shout to the mountain tops. I certainly am shouting from the mountain tops. As a result of this great service and confidence being in Dr. O'Leary's care, I have since sent my husband to Dr. Oleary to get treatment for a recent condition that has developed. I encourage anyone looking for an alternative solution to health care besides prescriptions that simply mask the real health issue, to make the smart choice to join a great team of care givers and change your life forever.
