Elements Hair Salon

Went to the salon had an appt with Stephen, never met him before. Salon recommended him. Near my home. Split ends for days. You get the picture. I explained upon arrival now I like my hair cut. It was just a trim keep hair the same. Wow. Did not listen did WAY more talking than cutting. Parted my hair uneven resulting in uneven bangs. Had to remind him several times that I needed my bangs shortened. Hair is not looking good. Hair is looking rough.he charges 60 dollars for a cut. When asked to pay he TRIED charging 75. Said that the extra 15 was for the conditioner that was on my head while I was waiting for him! Ha. I refused to pay it, he adjusted it. If your gonna charge 60 for a hair cut you better be a pro. Do not recommend going here. But it is a pretty building. more

i have been going to elements for my hair care needs for a very long time, and the staff are always friendly, (they offer their customers drinks while they wait) and for christmas, the staff will donate to some of their clients in need, ;i was off work for awhile due to surgery, not long before christmas, and they were so kind;) i have very long hair, down to my mid back, and its very thick.. and was very damaged and was a color mess, before i started getting my hair done there... alot of the other salons wanted close to two hundred to correct my hair.. not elements, they are very reasonable, and my stylist is the best..i have never been happy with my hair, and now, i couldn't be happier.. julie who works there is indeed an expert in her field.. i get compliments on my hair all the time now, and it's always a great experience when i go there.. this place is indeed the place to go Pros: professional, experienced, caring staff more
