First, the guy who is upset because he got busted for lighting up a cigar in this place must have an interesting view of the world. This restaurant is open air and is connected to the hotel lobby, the bar, etc. Smoking a cigar here would immediately polute them all. I'm a cigar smoker, but I would ask first always, especially in this type of enviornment.
The food was excellent, the panoramic view is as advertised. Phenomenal wine list including many wines by the glass (Cakebread Cellars Chardonay) that you don't generally see served by the glass.
The huge surprise for us was how kid friendly this place was. I noted that we needed a high chair in our reservation and it was ready along with crayons and an ""activty book"" when we arrived. Not at all what I was expecting given the venue.
Pros: Wine list, Food, View
Cons: Service a bit slow
