I went to the Noche Latina Saturday, October 10th and had a blast! It was interactive and fun- There were contests with good prizes- The DJ and Tricia were fantastic! Terrific music! Tricia taught some really cool dances! It looked like everyone else had a lot of fun, too! I agree about the bar service at Elements being good even when it was crowded. That means a lot to me, because I drink tons of water when I dance. Everyone at Elements was nice and professional, not only when I ordered real drinks, but also when I just needed water. My only complaint was that that after a certain time (11 or 10 maybe?), the music changed and went to retro, which normally I don't mind. But, it wasn't my favorite kind of retro. (think Baby Got Back)... The Latin was MUCH hotter. All in all, it was a fantastic night out, and well worth the cover. I'm personally hoping they'll extend the hours for Noche Latina, because I would've stayed longer for the right beats. \r

Note: This is a review ONLY of NOCHE LATINA. I have not been to Elements on any other night, and as I mentioned, personally, I wasn't overly impressed with the music after the DJ changed. In fact, because the music and dancing are so important to me, my rating would go from a 5 to a 3 for the retro part.
Pros: Killer music and dancing- some dance lessons, contests
Cons: stops at 11p.m. or 10 p.m., iI'm not sure
