I wish we could agree with all the other positive reviews. Our 6 week job took 12 weeks, there were many serious errors and miscommunications between the owner, Michael, and his crews. Once things went south, Michael disappeared and left the problems to his PM, Bill. Thank you, Bill, for seeing everything through to the end. Plumbing subs are not good. Tile and shower glass subs are excellent. more

Great Design & Customer Service 4/11/2009

Element Kitchen is a great place to go for a great experience and design. After a brief conversation, the owners came to our home with cabinet and tile samples that fit in our budget and they blew us away with a great design. It took them 3 days longer than they expected but I'm holding that against them because of the great communication and finished remodeling project in our West Chester PA kitchen. more
