Please don't use this company. I was given one price then it doubled when I got there it tripled staff doesn't remember answering your questions poor work for expensive price no matter what they tell you in the beginning it's just a estimate and will change dramatically. Run as fast as you can get a good company. This is for medicaid (God Bless Them), they don't have a choice. If you do please get better care for a lesser price.. more

This was my daughter's first visit and the person taking her x-rays made her feel comfortable and the dentist was very good with her. She is a little scared when it comes to the dentist. She especially liked everything she received during her visit. Since I was also seeing the dentist, the staff helped me make her feel welcome. I will definitely refer you to my friends and family. I already referred you to my daughter that has set up an appointment.\r more

Everyone was fantastic. I ended up with a last minute root canal. My pain was very minimal after the procedure. In the past I have had some very painful dental work, so I was extremely pleased with my experience at this office and will return for future work.\r more

I am sure it does not surprise you that I do not like going to the dentist. However, I had to come in to replace a filling that fell, and the doctor and dental assistant were AMAZING even though I started panicking and freaking out. The assistant let me hold her hand and the doctor explained everything to me and did the best he could to keep me calm. I still don't like dentist tools, but they made it a whole lot less traumatic! See you all in a week when my crown comes in!\r more

My overall visit was excellent. When my appointment was over, I understood my dental situation, my financial arrangements were explained, and I was greeted when I walked in the door. I would refer my friends to Element Dental.\r more

So unhappy! 5/17/2012

I i tried to make an emergency apt for my husband. The staff was so rude. She answered the phone with an attitude and you could tell she didnt want to be there. She had no concern for me what so ever. The only time she could even squeese us in was a month away. So much for emergencies! more

I felt very comfortable 11/6/2011

I was very nervous about the filling of a cavity on a front tooth, but the dentist but me at ease and walked me through the whole treatment. I felt very comfortable and had no problems. Thanks. more

I felt very comfortable with both the staff and the Dentist. I was very happy with my overall experience. The staff was friendly and very genuine. I will definitely make Monarch Dental my permanent place for all my dental needs in the future. more

We didn't have a great experience at all. It all started with the long wait, we stayed in the lobby 45 min's past our appointment time. I spoke with the receptionist and found her to be very rude, she seemed annoyed with my questions. Every time I call in they seem very unorganized and the wait for the next appt is always 1-2 months away. I wouldnt recommend this place, thumbs down. PROS: Nothing CONS: Everything from A to Z. more
