Not my idea of a tailor 5/19/2011

2 weeks ago my husband dropped off 2 jackets to have zippers replaced. He went to pick them up and recieved this for excuses. She got too busy from prom alterations. One zipper all you have to do is squeeze it to fix it. (we wanted a better zipper) The other one was double ended and the supplier didn't have one but WE could probably get one at Joan fabrics our selves. Results:2 weeks nothing fixed and the suggestion we do the work ourselves. more
