I have bought so many baby blankets from Elegant Child over the years, I've lost count of the children and the years. In the beginning I would purchase the knit that had the baby's name over and over. Whenever I could, I would try to find out the colors of the baby's room so that we might coordinate it. The thank you's I got were from thrilled new parents, who I believe loved seeing the name of their new baby in so many repetitions. Every once in awhile I would get a picture of the baby posed on the blanket. Then the fuzzy blankets came out and they were even more special. I believe that some of the new parents rapidly became clients of Elegant Child. More than once I heard from the grandma, who was usually my friend, that the couple had decided to hang the blanket in the room they loved it so much. Although I have never met Teri in person, I feel that we are friends. I now have such confidence that my gift will be special, that I trust her to recommend what she thinks.
