My boyfriend and I have used Elegance Limo at least 6 times this year. New Years, airport runs, concerts, birthday parties, wine maker dinners. Each and every time, we have experienced nothing less than excellence. And if there is a small hiccup, their consistencies will over come it. This company has integrity and I know I don't need to call around and haggle over pricing. In the past, prior to hiring Elegance, I would shop around but then you never know what would turn up at your door to pick you up. Especially when I had to reserve a sedan to pick up my EVP from the airport and then a limo to take the entire Executive committee to dinner later on that evening. This is a reflection on me and my team members if the EVP has a bad experience. I am confident in this company, its service and the value for the price paid. Their pricing is competitive and you do get what you pay for. more

So I thought of getting a limo for my daughters 9th birthday & since I hadn't used limo services since my late teens & 20's I relied on Groupon(coupon site) & bought a service from this company. Groupon has never let me down, until now. I've been a merchant & customer. After about a month of calling & leaving messages every week or so I finally played phone tag with someone from there, in all the times I had called no one ever answered, it always went to voice mail. Finally close to the date I needed the limo someone finally answered & I tried to make a reservation, she was at church. I gave her all the info for the party she told me there would be a mandatory tip of $76 cash to the driver. I thought it was weird but I got it on a coupon so whatever. She said she would call and confirm & I never heard anything. So the week of the party I try to call & confirm to no avail. Finally the day before the party someone answers & lets me know their busy & will call me right back, again no one did. So day of party I barrow my sister Suburban(just in case). I call that morning she answers & tells me yes the driver will be there at 2pm. Whew, I was relived. As the day went on I started to worry because of the strange experience I had making the reservation so I told the girls to wait at parent pick up & I would be there with the limo driver right after 2pm(I live 15 houses from the school). I have everything ready & I am waiting out front. Guess what the diver calls, he's gonna be late, go figure. He has a thick accent so we had a little bit of a hard time communicating but I get it a crossed that he needs to pick us all up at the school so I can go up & wait with the girls. He finally shows up, after most of kids were gone(so much for showing off). We get in the limo & the diver is really uncomfortable with the 9 year olds. He would've hated me in my 20's. Once we finally drop off all the girls & get home he asks for the $76 cash informs me he wants $20 gratuity & since we were 10 mins over a $75 fee for overtime. Are kidding me? You were late in the 1st place. Wow! Yeah there are lots of limos out there, don't choose this one just in case. more

Of course, you want the kids to have a great time at their prom. I couldn't say more than to call Elegance to have your teens driven to and from the event. The driver was timely, couteous and professional. The kids loved it! more

Elegance went above and beyond all my expectations! The driver was wonderful and made sure we had a great time. They were happy to accomodate my special requests AND the car was personalized to fit my event! How great is THAT?? This company knows how to take care of their clients!! After my great experience, I will never, ever use any other limo company BUT Elegance! Pros: Professional, wonderful, perfect, perfect, perfect! Cons: None more
